Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) set out the basic terms and conditions for using the website and purchasing goods in the online store “Vape.am”, operating on the territory of the Republic of Armenia. Subject matter of the agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement: This Agreement establishes the rights and obligations of the site user (Buyer) and the administration of the online store “Vape.am” in connection with the purchase of goods.

Rights and obligations of the parties

1. Buyer’s Responsibilities:

   – Confirm your age (18+) that meets the legal requirements of the Republic of Armenia for purchasing goods.
   – Pay for the ordered goods and delivery services in accordance with the established tariffs.

2. Buyer’s Rights:
   – Receive quality merchandise that matches the description on the website.
   – Return the goods in case of manufacturing defects.

3. responsibilities of Store Administration:
   – Provide current and accurate product information.
   – Process orders and organize delivery in a timely manner.

4. Rights of the Store Administration:
   – Change the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the range of goods and the prices thereof with prior notice to the Buyers.

Liability of the parties

1. Buyer’s Responsibility: The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.
2. Responsibility of “Vape.am”: The administration of the store is responsible for the quality of the goods and their conformity to the description on the site. In case of defects, the store is obliged to replace the goods or refund.

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement

1. Validity of the Agreement: This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and shall remain in force until the parties have fully performed their obligations.
2. Changes in the Agreement: The administration of the store reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement by publishing the updated version on the site.
